Pacific Sugar Policies

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. This can help alleviate Seattle’s unpredictable traffic delays. If you are new to Pacific Sugar, please allow extra time to complete our intake form.

Please notify us if you are running 10 or more minutes late. If we can accommodate, we will gladly do so. 

Otherwise, we may need to reschedule your service.  

This policy is in place so that we can ensure that everyone has the opportunity for a quality sugaring experience.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please give us a 24-hour notice to avoid incurring a 50% cancellation fee.

Please remember that maintenance services are conducted only within 4 weeks from your last sugaring appointment.

Clients under the age of 18 will need parental consent prior to receiving a Sugar.  This consent will be on our Pacific Sugar intake form.

Please be respectful to whomever is sugaring you for the day.
